Lacking some latest submarines
As advertised on the page that it was published on 01Dec2023, it misses the latest Japanese Souryu class (2007) submarine and the Taiwanese Hai-Kun class (under construction since 2016) submarine.

Encyclopedia is an inappropriate descriptor. It lacks alphabetical and chronological order, making the reader work needlessly to find a particular vessel, although pre-WW2 vessels do appear before post-WW2. Specification boxes omit Laid Down and Decommission dates. Despite being described "complete", it totally omits Russian vessels after the USSR formally ceased to exist. While I like the photos and drawings, it is awkward to use as a reference resource. A great many vessels are excluded
