I purchased the pillow in Sept 2018 and today, December 31, 2018, I'm throwing it away. In the beginning, this pillow was a great pillow. I received some of my best sleep using this pillow. Unfortunately, a month ago, the pillow started to poke me in my sleep. I came to realize the feathers were beginning to protrude through the case. No matter what I did, whether fluffing the pillow or purchasing a breathable pillowcase, nothing worked to curb the feathers from sticking out.Additionally, the pillow started to shed tremendously. Anytime I would adjust the pillow or put on a new pillowcase; feathers would go everywhere. I am highly disappointed because of the amount of money I spent on this pillow. I just wanted to warn others who want a good nights sleep.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I always appreciated the combination of support and softness of pillows in good hotels. This pillow has that - a firmer core with a soft exterior, and natural down conforms nicely to your head, vs. synthetic materials, which I find springy. I am both a side and back sleeper, and this pillow is perfect for both. Elevates the head just the right amount without straining your neck. Highly recommended!

I bought a few down pillows in search of "the one". It turns out 100% down was too soft for me. I decided to try this one, and I am glad I did. I toss it around a little at night to fluff it up. It is a very full pillow but soft support. I feel that the addition of feathers gives me the support I was missing with 100% down. I have owned this pillow for about a month and recently noticed a few feathers poking through but not enough to make it a negative. It has feathers, feathers poke out. As long as this happens at a minimum I'm ok with it.

First you must know, this pillow is of great quality, nothing wrong with it. Just going to tell you about my sleep /pillow preference. I have had regular down pillow for years (probably way longer than I should have) decided to try this as I was using two of my down pillows at night (which were still pretty flat probably due to age). So I thought I'd like the idea of this pillow with the inner chamber for better support. For me, it's hard to get used to as I can't mold this pillow like my other down pillows. It's more firm. I don't think that's a bad thing, I think just how I sleep, (on my side but almost on my stomach) I maybe should not of bought one with the inner chamber. However I will say, I have been using it, trying to get used to it and now after a month it is getting little more soft. So I guess if you are used to a regular non down pillow with more support, you will love this. If you only like squishy, down pillows you can mold.. Maybe don't get the firm option in this pillow. I do love it for watching TV in bed, and will continue to use.

I've used lots of pillows over the years (I'm over 40) I can honestly say these are the best and most comfortable ones I recall having, It's hard to describe how something feels all I can say it's a very very comfortable fluffy pillow it's bit more to the soft side but doesn't get flat like a pancake stays fluffed, for me it's the perfect balance between firm and soft, just a pleasure to lay down my head on this pillow. added bonus been sleeping through the night since I got these.

This is my first double down pillow and i absolutely love it.discovered these pillows after staying in a hotel and promised myself I would splurge get them for my own bed. It's been three months since my trip and I just ordered them. They're just as nice as I remembered, so glad I was able to find them!

Was hopeful when the pillow arrived all puffy. But within a few days it became as flat when I slept on it providing hardly any support. It is soft but it is definitely not firm or even medium firm and gives hardly any support. No matter how much I puffed it up after laying my head on it it just flattened out. I suffer from neck pain. I know a pillow does not give me the necessary support when I wake up in the middle of the night with tingling in my arm or it is completely numb. I suffered horribly from both of these with this pillow every night. Just frustrated I missed the return window.

I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for a Lorie over a month and it still feels good and hasn’t hurt my ears like so many others. Very fluffy and comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is the occasional feather that sticks through and pokes me.. I just push it back in and fluff the pillow really well and it’s gone. Over all I would purchase again. Two thumbs up!
