It is pretty cold. I was a little worried it wouldn't be cold because of the fabric you put the ice pack in, but it does get cold. It was smaller than I thought width wise, but I still gave it a 5 because that was my fault for not paying attention to the measurements. I cannot stand when people give a lesser score because of thier own ignorance for not reading measurements or all info provided about a product. Do I wish it as a little colder, yes, but I knew when I bought it it probably wouldn't be as cold as I wanted when I put it in the fabric. But I love how it velcros and stays in place. The second ice pack is awesome so I don't have to wait for the same one to freeze again before applying. It is comfortable, works great and versatile. Fabric feels nice and made well.

These are a really nice size. I used them for my back. Just the right size. Very flexible if you want to use on your shoulder or knee. Cold lasts a long time. Easy to heat in the microwave for 30 seconds for warmth. These are thin and fit in the freezer easily.. Nice to have a couple in the freezer at all times.

These ice packs really work well. Very good size to cover a large area. They're soft enough to move them the way you need to in order to cover the area you need to ice. The gel stays cold for a long time. The fact that it comes as a 4 pack, is excellent since you can switch between them, if you need to ice for a longer time. And the elastic band is a great idea because it secures the ice pack in the area you need to, without having to hold it,making it easy to keep it there for a longer time.

They are durable & quite useful.We use them in our small cooler, they keep our drinks cold for hours!

I bought these about 5 years ago and have needed them almost nightly. I was down to only 2 (heating in the microwave, they expand like balloons and that’s when it’s time to dispose of them). They are easy to cool/heat and small enough for easy storage while large enough and soft enough for providing ice or heat therapy. I made sure to replace with the same brand because I was so happy with the first ones!

The pouch’s velour side is soft and effective so far at protecting against cold burns while still providing enough coldness if used over a sweatshirt. The strap edges aren’t irritating to the skin under my arm and the Velcro is strong. I did wish it stayed cold longer until I realized that it actually stays cold enough for the right amount of time to ice an injury, which is good if I’m icing it in bed and fall asleep on it. If I do want to ice it longer I can grab another one out of the freezer. The packs freeze pretty quickly and there are four of them so I’ve never found myself without one. I wish they were a little bigger but that’s on me.

It's exactly what I needed and wanted! Very happy with it. If the back of my neck is cool my whole body cools down. It's soft and comfortable. Excellent purchase.

This product was very handy to wrap around my foot because it had a Velcro fastener & Inserts for four gel packs. BUT gel packs do not stay cold very long! That was a problem for me.

Good quality ice packs.They stay cold longer then I thought they would. And having a multi pack means you can just swap for a frozen one and not have to wait for it to refreeze.They are a good size and shape as well.Two downsides - have to store them in a ziplock or they smell like freezer (just like with most).The strap it comes with has good, solid elastic bands, but the fabric pouch is so thin that it feels like pulling it snug might rip it where it's stiched to the band. I get that you want it thin for cold transfer, but there's got to be a better design.

I like it, it’s comfortable to wear. Only gave it a 4 star because it doesn’t get cold enough for me. I still use it, just wish it was colder.

Very impressed. Sturdy, soft, malleable, good size, and they keep the heat longer than others i have used for years. I use heat for arthritis in my hands after working or motorcycling.

I purchased these to ice my knees and they are perfect. They are much nicer to use than a dollar store version ice pack. No watery packs anymore! The covering is very comfortable.
