Exactly what I wanted

I couldn't get my normal brand so I have been using this in its place & so far so good! It's easy to swallow and in my opinion I don't think it smells as bad as some of the other selenium pills I have taken. (In my experience all selenium has a smell, at least to me, some more potent than others but that could just be me.) I take it with water & a meal along with my other supplements and it doesn't upset my stomach so I am happy! I also like that the lid is easy for me to open even with stiffer hands from mild arthritis. I depend on honest reviews to get the best products I can within my budget and I strive to leave accurate reviews so others can do the same. The dosage is just one tablet and the bottle includes 60 tablets. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. My bottle arrived double sealed and with a childproof cap. It also has a manufacture date, expiration date and lot number.

This is a high potency selenium supplement. Paired with iodine, it'll help thyroid health tremendously. My family has been using both for a long time with noticeable benefit. What I really like about this one is that it is probably the most potent of any selenium supplement I've seen, yet the it's inexpensive (about 7 bucks at the time of this writing). Selenium supplements smell weird, but they don't really have taste. It's strange. Don't be intimidated from it. It's normal.

The capsules are easy to swallow(60 for a 2 month supply), with no bad aftertaste, and the price is a lot cheaper than the ones he sells in his office. I like that it is a fresh stock with an expiration of 03/2023, and that it is made in the USA.
