Q: Will this kit work for the nissan navara 2014 SE, south american nissan version of the frontier?

I don’t know, but if you can determine if the front and rear springs are the same between the two vehicles, then I would say likely yes! In the NA versions the Frontier pickup and Xterra SUV share virtually identical suspensions.

Q: Can you do this kit with hand tool or would you need an impact?

I installed the lift with hand tools only

Q: Will the lift shackles bottom out my leaf springs over time?

The shackles have almost zero impact on the springs over time, you are simply moving the springs a little farther away from the frame which lifts the vehicle a little higher. It doesn’t affect the strength of the springs, nor the capacity but all springs weaken over time and occasionally break from the constant flexing. Just because the truck will be higher with the new shackles does not increase the payload capacity, you would either have to add a leaf or more or re-arch the existing ones into a steeper arch. With the new shackles there will be a little more space between the frame and rubber snubbers allowing you to put a little more weight in the rear before hitting albeit not recommended!

Q: What size tire will fit with this lift without any modification

I installed 285/70-17 from 265/65-17 they rubbed the OE front mud flap....little trim = all good.
