Art Models Ultra: Becca (Art Models series)

I love the Art Models series books and DVDs. Their Becca series reminded me a lot of the life drawing sessions in art school. It had many well lit poses and some of the poses involved articles of clothing: A major plus for any fashion illustrator. I was really happy to purchase this because it really sharpened my skills when I'm illustrating fashion. So, if you loved art school and need to brush up on your life drawing skills, purchase this one and others like it to really get an edge on the market. The Art Models Series books are a marvelous way to get back in touch with drawing the human form.

I own the previous editions of this series and find them very helpful when I don't have time get to a Life Drawing class. The selection of body types, ethnicity, skin tone and coloration in addition to a wide choice of gesture poses, particularly online, has helped me improve my drawing skills more rapidly than I would otherwise have done. The photography and lighting are professional and varied. I would recommend the Art Models series as a good adjunct to life drawing. DM

This wonderful series of images makes me wish I had Becca as a live model, she is graceful and gorgeous, a blonde Venus.

arrived busted due to poor shipment packaging. Shipped in thin non-padded envelope. copany does not provide shipping info upon request. Also not enough nude poses. Better nude poses for life drawing of Becca are to be found on disc 4 and 6. while this disc is welcome, it is overpriced and fixated on details instead of workable life drawing poses. overpriced and overly hyped.

Full of great poses, nude and clothed, with lots of variation. The 360 on the shots is perfect for my needs.

What incredible bang for the buck. This well photographed series of life models is perfect for beginning-and experienced artists. I love having them on my laptop so I can draw when the mood hits me. I have a number of Art Model books and DVDs, but Becca is buy favorite. She's ideally proportioned and a more universal model. While there is no substitute from drawing in the flesh, you cannot go wrong with these books.
