I have low thyroid numbers, so it's great to see a company that targets people like me who are looking to keep their thyroid levels from going too low. I've had tests to determine the cause of my low thyroid levels, but unfortunately, all the tests have failed to diagnose the issue. I appreciate that Revive MD put together a formula to target the thyroid. I had to stop taking this (and some other supplements) when I started getting headaches. After doing some research and trial/error, I'm one of several people who get headaches from Ashwaganda. It's too bad because I was looking forward to seeing the long-term results of taking this on my thyroid levels. It's very important that vegetarians know this product contains Bovine, so it's not appropriate for those who don't eat meat.

This is a good product with good ingredients. Each batch is 3rd party tested, made in a cGMP facility in the USA and physician formulated. There was an issue raised about one of the ingredients, bovine pituitary glandular powder and indicating it was from the brain. It is not. I cut and pasted the description from the Cleveland Clinic and a Merck Manual, you can also check other prominent sources. "The pituitary gland is not technically part of the brain, but it is located at the base of the brain, below the hypothalamus. It is a small, pea-sized endocrine gland that plays a crucial role in regulating various bodily functions by producing and releasing hormones." My prescription thyroid medication also uses glandular powder but from swine. I am pleased with this product. I started with one capsule a day and worked up to the two. As with any supplements, you should check with your health care professional and make sure that this is right for you and your current prescriptions, etc.

I have been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks. The smell of the capsule is very unpleasant. For me it caused heart burn, abdominal cramping and nausea. However, I continued to take one cap 3 times a day with food and at least 8 ounces of water and side effects are slightly improving. I gave it 3 stars because I do think it is helping stress response and overall digestion. I am curious to see if it improves my thyroid numbers in 3 months.

Segundo día No Se que no tenía nada de apetito de ser día lo mismo, pero ya con dolores en el cuerpo y náuseas y ardo de estómago y sólo tomé una por día, pero todos los cuerpos no son iguales. A unas personas les cae bien a otras les cae mal y yo fui una de esas personas que mi cuerpo no lo tolera.

I had thyroid issues 2 years ago and was supposed to take medication but decided against it and chose to treat my thyroid with supplements. I used several thyroid supplements over the years and made sure they contain high amounts of selenium and iodine, which are essential for the thyroid but besides that they didn’t offer anything “extra”. This supplement on the other hand not only contains the necessary amounts of selenium and iodine but also many other incredible ingredients (Nigella, Guggul, Coleus Forksohlii) that I didn’t see in any other thyroid supplements. The pills are also easy to swallow (same size as any other pills), don’t upset my stomach and at my annual checkup last week, I was told that my thyroid went from being in the red, to being in the green! I am so excited and convinced that my great results are due to my thyroid supplements, since I didn’t change much of my diet or lifestyle.
