Casafield Complete Replacement Burner for Outdoor Propane Patio Heaters

Easy install. Instead of buying new Heater because of rusting or not working, purchasing replacement assembly worked out perfect and saved at least $100. Everything lined up and lit the first time.

Out of the box you could tell it was a better product than what came original heater. Install was a breeze, no directions really needed if you took the original off. The diameter of the base was perfect with original stem, holes lined up correctly and all. Heater ignited right off and I can't be happier. Thanks Amazon for the quick shipping.

Installed unit as a replacement to my East Oak patio heater (also purchased on Amazon). Installation was very easy and straight forward. However, upon lighting the unit, there was no flame control and the flames just poured out from the top out of control. This was very dangerous to operate. I fully understood the non-return policy, but what I am still battling with Amazon is on a replacement or refund - as this unit it’s clearly defective. Amazon has me running through hoops and I have now completed two “claims”, the first of which was denied and the second is pending. I have been a long time and frequent Amazon Prime member, but my recommendation to anyone needing this (I bought 2 East Oak patio heaters and both have only lasted less than a year. We also cover them during the off season to help protect them), is to find another company that will stand by their product. My guess here is that this is all China crap and they know the quality is suspect at best, therefore will not accept returns.

It was perfect and the installation was very easy. Works as expected!

This burner head works, but it was not a direct replacement for our FireSense heater and is harder to install. The reason is that the hose only disconnects at the head itself and not at the tank end, and the regulator is too big to get past where the two vertical tubes screw together. Therefore you have to take apart the head to get the hose through, so what I expected to be a half hour job took two hours. Otherwise a good product.

Used this for an older patio heater. Had to work rework the top so the old shield would work. Overall it worked great to get the old patio heater to work.

I've had a patio tower heater for 9 years that never really worked from day one. It was always a pain to light, and then it quit working 2 years ago. I messed around with it a couple times, but when a friend showed me how easily his started, I decided to buy this replacement. Why in the world did I wait so long? You need to transfer the top bolts from your old one to put the heat deflector on then bolt this unit to you pipe. Hook it up, turn and hold the knob at high, push the sparker, hold the knob in for about 30 seconds until things heat up a bit, release the knob, and then adjust to the heat you need. It's sooo nice 👍

There’s no return policy on this product. It was fine, but the screws did not line up with the original, which meant that I had to drill new holes. Not easy nearly as easy as it should be.
