I strongly advise against purchasing the Crompton Dishwasher. My experience with this product and the company’s service has been nothing short of disastrous.Installation Hassles:Despite Crompton’s promise of installation within 48 hours, it took over four days—and only after repeated escalations. The people who eventually showed up were not even Crompton employees but third-party contractors, which speaks volumes about the company’s poor service management. To make matters worse, these contractors were utterly unhelpful and refused to address basic setup issues, such as the tap not fitting the pipe correctly. I ended up hiring a local plumber to resolve this, which should have been part of the installation.Lack of Support:I reached out multiple times to request a basic product demonstration, but my calls went unanswered for days. After trying at least ten times, they finally responded—only when I used a different number. The demonstration, when it eventually happened, was rushed, incomplete, and poorly executed. The technician barely cleaned a single dish or provided a proper overview of the machine’s functionalities.Unjustified Fees:To add insult to injury, I was asked for an installation fee after being forced to do most of the setup myself. This demand was both unexpected and unjustified, given that the installation was supposed to be free and was never properly completed.Missing Essentials:The dishwasher didn’t come with essential supplies like detergent, rinse aid, or salt, which were needed for the first use. I had to purchase these separately, which was another hassle since the installers had already left without demonstrating the machine’s actual operation.Faulty Performance:When I finally managed to run the dishwasher for the first time, it displayed an F5 error just five minutes into the cycle. This meant that I had to unload the machine and wash everything by hand. Now, I’m stuck dealing with the same inadequate service providers for repairs, adding another layer of frustration.Overall, Crompton’s dishwasher is not worth the time, money, or energy. The poor installation, lack of support, and faulty product make it clear that Crompton is not equipped to handle complex appliances like dishwashers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product.

Performance is just too good.Better than even if 5 people wash utenciles in a line.The only negative is the Installation.Highly idiot installation guy, even cheated me took ₹500.Minus5 Rating on Customer Care.Crompton must work on that.Using it for 6 months now. No worries.

This Dishwasher is not much useful and compatible for Indian utensils, even on intense kashai function this dishwasher doesn't clean the khadai completely, also you need to first rinse the steel utensils with plain water and then put in dishwasher for complete cleaning if the utensils are dried then it will not clean completely.

I purchased Crompton dishwasher from Amazon. NThere was no installation and demo by the company. On the very first use it's showing F5 error. Now neither company nor Amazon is giving any service though it's under warranty period. We are totally disgusted after repeated requests.
