Exactly what I needed
Works exactly as described. Fixed it to my strap and without any changes to my bass guitar provided instant strap locking. No fuss, no bother, no changing strap buttons for proprietary ones - very highly recommended.

Disappointed, great idea… less great fit
PRS se (Hollowbody ii) didn’t like the strap locks. The PRS strap buttons appear to be slightly wider than those on my Fender Tele meaning one of the 2 lock springs doesn’t deploy fully.
