Q: How is it that walmart can offer this same product for $3.46 and this is $12.18? i would much rather buy from amazon but at 4 times the cost? no way

I have been getting mine from Walmart, however our Walmart in 2 different local towns no longer carry it. I was happy to find it on Amazon
