Lo uso da anni come sostituzione di alcuni spuntini e come post workout. Mi aiuta a tenere il giusto tenore calorico quando non riesco a prepararmi i pasti. Premetto che sono un donatore di sangue periodico, e nonostante l'uso prolungato ho sempre avuto analisi perfette. Il gusto migliore per me è il caramello salato, il più neutro. Fragola troppo dolce chimico e mi dava problemi di gonfiore, il cioccolato ne lungo periodo stanca.
