Wanted a powder that specifically helps you gain weight, don't have a great appetite and this helped me a lot. Gone from 12.6 to 12.13 stone in 5 weeks. I had 1 shake with milk in the morning with 1.5 scoops. Then 1 with water in the evening with 1.5 scoops. Around 1000 calores and 45g of protein daily is my guess on this routine Will likely stay on this going forward but with reduced amounts as the value is brilliant compared to other brands at the moment

Bought this for my husband who doesn't really rate it there's not much flavour and you don't get enough for the cost

Best brand of protein I have ever bought! I will definitely buy again and couldn't recommend this enough especially for those who experience bloating from protein shakes. Pro's and con's below: Pros: - 6G OF FIBRE to help with digestion, so NO BLOATING! - Just a total of 600ml of liquid once 300g of protein and 300ml of milk/water is added! - 1300KCAL PER SERVING! - 5G OF CREATINE in every serving! - VERY EASY TO MIX! Usually I use a blender but this protein mix doesn't require one in my opinion. Con's: - For me personally the chocolate flavour isn't as nice as my previous chosen brand. (Optimum Nutrition).
