So i think its important to know that as a black woman, i have tried many vitamins, however After 60 days of taking this vitamin, I started to notice my nails growing, hair less brittle, skin looking bright, and a little energy in the morning. I take these vitamins in the morning with my morning cup of Chai.

Love the product. Best multi vitamin out there. Only problem I have and not sure if it’s seller or Amazon but price continuously changes or they are out of stock when on a delivery subscription. Has that typical smell that you find with some B vitamins but due to levels not surprised . For me, easy to swallow

This is my fourth time buying this multivitamin and I love it. Quality is good, definitely eat something first before taking these as they will hurt your stomach. There is not any taste and they are easy to swallow.

This is my second time using this multi vitamin. The first time I took the dosage as shown on the bottle(2 pills). I didn't experience any side effects at the time. I liked them but they are expensive. So I took a break from them. Now I am trying them again and decided to only take 1 pill a day. They are very strong. They have way too much of some ingredients for what your body truly needs. I feel like this is the best way for me to take them and save some money. I took 2 one day (for grins) and got the worst headache so I feel I am one the right track with these now. I feel like I have more energy than before. I haven't had any taste or smell issues with them. They are a bit large but that isn't an issue for me. I think I will stick with these for a while.

Didn’t notice a difference between taking the vitamins and not taking vitamins. Taste not so good.
