I wish I could give it a 0 cause a 1 star is too much ! I bought this for my 11yr old granddaughter ! But this not only looks a feel like a super cheap toy phone that probably weight less than a 1/2 oz and when I took it to several USA Carrier all of them refuse to activate it and said send that cheap thing back to the sender and was shocked that Amazon would allow something like that to be sold on there website as a phone it should be sold as a child's toy phone ! I actually bought 3 of these phones cause they look similar to my Samsung Flip 4 for my 11,10 & 8 granddaughters they would have been so embarrassed to used these.
