Conceptually this looks like a good solution for shipping acrylic display cases, but ultimately it fails to work properly. The paper protective sticker sheet on both sides of the base is a real pain to remove as it rips and tears, it is a task for good nails, tweezers, and patience. The bits are cut perfectly but something about the plastic protection layer on the transparent pieces leaves a sort of discoloration or stain on the plastic itself in spots, like splotches, that will not clean off (some sort of oil transfer?) Additionally the images for this product are intentionally shot to hide the jigsaw appearance of the assembled product compared to a solid once piece item, which this product's price range suggests it might be. A page comes with the assembly instructions asking for you not to open the package if you purchased the assembled product on accident - this is because they know people are buying this item not knowing it requires assembly, as there are much cheaper assembly products on the market. For the good of humanity these should be discontinued in this form.

I bought these for work to display some awards but they are not lining up to put together, one side it higher than the other and the top doesn't fit and I have tried moving the pcs to other spots and turning them etc. its so frustrating messing with this. I have 5 too! Will never buy this again.
