Considering this is for toddlers learning how to eat properly it is very poorly designed as it is completely flat, no rigges to help them get their food on their fork or spoon so they end frustrated and more food on the table than on the fork. Ok if you want to encourage them to use their hands!!

Perfect size for my 18 month old, who is tractor mad. His Tractor Ted plates have encouraged him to eat a little better, too.
