A study good quality headset with some useful additional features
This is probably the third pair of headphones like this I have purchased because the others have snapped at the headband. I'm pleased to say this have lasted much longer and appear to be of a robust build that stand up to daily use. The quality of the sound is good for both work calls and music but those looking for high quality headphones for music may wish to look elsewhere. Even though they are on the ear, I find they do a good enough job of drowning out external sound when on and are comfortable to wear for extended periods. The microphone quality is good and the noise suppression ensures that other nearby sounds are not picked up (occasional dog barking, mobile phone going off etc). There is a handy mute button on the side which lights the end of the microphone up red when applied. This is really handy if you are taking a call on the move and don't want to have to keep returning to your computer to mute the line via the call software. Overall I am very happy with these and would definitely recommend them.

Solid audio quality, comfortable for long sessions and charges rapidly.
Used almost constantly 5 days a week at work since I bought it... a great piece of kit. Solid audio quality, comfortable for long sessions and charges rapidly. The quick on-unit mute is a career saver. I can't find the setting for mic loopback, so if there's loud conversations sometimes you can't hear yourself but that's almost certainly a user issue.

Good value for money but a couple of issues - Bad Bluetooth connector design
I have only just got this headset and have some initial issues but otherwise it is a high quality product. Well built with good sound quality. Certainly good value for money compared to the cost of equivalent headsets I have seen. My issues: 1) The Odd shape of the USB Bluetooth connector is a problem. Its USB-c and the connector fits my laptop OK and works fine with the headphones. But because its T-shaped it spreads out either side. In the design of my HP laptop using the connector covers the second USB-C port. This means I can't have the laptop charging via USB-C whilst the Bluetooth connector is plugged in. Its annoying but easily fixed with a USB-C extension lead. Double check if your USB-C ports are close together. if they are you may want to reconsider purchasing this. (wired via USB-C using the cable provided isn't a problem). 2) The physical mute button on the headset is very handy but when using MS Teams I can't click on the mute button - it won't stay muted unless the button on the headset is depressed. Its just a matter of getting used to using the button (which is very convenient) Vs clicking in the Teams app but it is annoying to have Teams functionality removed by the headset's design 3) I appreciate this is not an entirely fair criticism but the Noise Cancelling is too good! I work from Home and when wearing these I cannot hear what's happening in my house very well. We don't have a lot of background noise I need to cancel but I do like to be able to hear a knock at the door etc but with these headphones on I can't tell what's going on in the house.

Un-useable for a work environment
I don't normally put a review against products, but these will be going in the bin, as I bought them for work, but they continue to have a major fault. When you are on a Teams call they will not mute. There is a separate mute button on the headphones, but this very rarely works, so you try the mute in Teams, but that doesn't work as I'm guessing its overwritten by the mute in the headphones. I will purchase another set of headphones, as these are useless for what they were purchased for.

USB-C laptop port issue with the headset dongle
Sound quality and battery life seem pretty good with these headsets, the only issue I experienced is with the width of the USB-C bluetooth dongle on the Dell laptops, its not possible to plug the power cable into the 2nd USB-C port when the headset dongle is plugged in as it partially covers the port.

Good sound, but lots of glitches
I bought this headset for work, because of the many Teams meetings I have every day. I have hearing problems (mild-moderate loss), so sound quality is a deciding factor for me. In that regard, the headset is great. The maximum volume is loud (which doesn't happen with any set), so I thought I had struck gold. But after a few days of use, some glitches started to occur (and others became a problem). - the mute/unmute button, which is on the right side, only works with Teams when the connection is made using the USB-c connector. Via Bluetooth, the button doesn't work, so you need to click on the Teams button itself. This takes away some of the practicality of having a button on the headset itself. - For the reason above, I started using only the USB-c connector. For the first few days, it worked perfectly, both on the laptop itself and on the hub that I connect to the laptop via USB-c input. After a while, it stopped working on the hub, and then stopped working properly even when it was connected directly to the laptop. What happens is that, without me touching anything, the microphone switches on and off the mute without stopping, quickly, causing my voice to become “choppy” in a meeting. Several times, I had to leave the call, grab cable headphones, and only then return to the meeting. Terrible. - The USB-c connector is huge, which takes up a lot of space on the side of my laptop, and makes it impossible for me to plug in the connector and my battery charger at the same time. Anyway, the sound quality is good, but when it works properly. I may have received a defective headset, or it is simply bad. I would send it back and ask for a refund (there's still time), but I've probably already thrown the box away. So I just lost the money, because I need to buy another headset that works. I was happy to finally find a headset that works with my imperfect ears, but unfortunately no luck.
