I've been using shilajit for over 6 months and I've used a couple of different brands this brand tastes terrible almost like chemicals and nothing like the other two brands I've tried. It's also more liquid fine and when I opened it it was all over the seal cap and I had to throw it out which is a few servings.

Im not sure if it’s because I’m new to taking this supplement but after two weeks I felt way better. I had a nice steady level of energy and did have some clarity throughout my days. I honestly have to have this as part of my daily routine. I’m happy with this purchase because it did help me with what I need and it did everything it guaranteed. I mix mine with warm water and the taste isn’t as bad as people say it is, but then again I’m not a sensitive person. Definitely keeping this in my routine. Once in the morning with warm water then again at night and I’m good.

I'm trying to become less dependent on caffeine from coffee and incorporate more holistic energy boosting practices into my routine.First, I tried placing a small amount of the resin directly into my mouth. Unfortunately, I ended up getting more onto my tongue rather than under my tongue as directed. Warning: this product has a very strong, smoky taste. I would advise mixing with a small amount of water before trying the direct-to-mouth method.I like that the product comes with a metal dosage spoon, but I am unsure how it is supposed to be properly stored. It appears that it could rest inside of the package, but unsure if that would affect the seal.Despite the taste, I hope that the benefits are worth the flavor. I plan to continue with the morning and evening dosage for the next month or two as directed.
