Met my expectations. Works great!

Super easy to assemble. I immediately start doing my work outs with it. I am impressed at how many exercises you can do with this machine. It also helps me to do sits up which I couldn't do. You won't regret it.

Too bad I can't give it less than one. Do not buy. Piece of Chinese crap. During the first use the band screw poped off and the guy using it hurt his shoulder and back. A week later he still hurts.

Easy to install and everything I was looking for. The trick is to hold a 20-30 pound dumbbell up to your chest and use this machine, you’ll thank me later

Seriously uncomfortable! It’s not ideal because the roller pads on the back don’t offer much comfort. The seat padding is horrible, it feels like wood. When you lean back to do a crunch the back of the seat pad digs into your lower back. I have tried using a rolled towel and a pillow, it’s just awkward. I really wanted to love it but I can’t. It’s now just under the bed to be forgotten about.

I got this yesterday. The pulleys keep popping out. Has anyone remedied this problem?

Never got to use. Plastic fitting holding the spring was cracked when package was opened . Not sure why you would use a plastic fitting to hold a pressure spring.
