Poor Quality Product
Randomly failed to read and write various forms of media s very unreliable.I only had this a few hours before requesting a return/refund. This was reasonably pain free for myself but I would question this process if it was over 30-days old when Amazon become unhelpful. As for the 2-year guarantee !!!

Multiple contacts made via Amazon to no effect.Item claims to have a "2 year guarantee", but this is incorrectly advertised.Avoid this item if in any chnace you have an issue over a failure / breakage.
