Radon levels dropped instantly!
Easy to install! The instructions were good, even showing the PVC fittings that were needed to construct the mitigation system, all of which were available at my local home improvement store. We have seen the levels of radon go down significantly since we installed this. We would highly recommend this product! Well worth the money spent to keep our family safe!

Would give this a 10+ star rating if possible
This fan is amazing. Here in Alaska with our frequent earthquakes big and small, radon is a problem. My husband and his friend did the installwithout incident in 2 days time. From the moment he dug the hole in our crawlspace and inserted the pipe, our radon level began to rapidly decrease. Once the fan was installed and the pipe vented out 3’ above the roofline, our radon reading went from over 15 to below 1 in less than 12 hours. I cannot say enough about this quiet, hard-work fan (my husband isn’t bad either, lol). Its ease of use and quality craftsmanship saved my family from lung cancer. Highly recommend.*** The entire set up including fan, piping, joints and a cap cost us $600. We saved more than half the price of calling someone in to install.** we installed fan in our garage as Alaska gets subzero temperatures of down to -30 during our long arctic winters.

Had for six years now. Worked well but failing. Is a loud fan and only gets louder with time. Going to replace with something else

Hard to beat for the price
Easy to install. Had to modify the reducers to fit my pipes but that's not an issue with the unit. The wire box is a little small and the seal has to be siliconed in place but nothing difficult to deal with. One thing I noticed is the suction is much greater than before for a similar company unit. No complaints and ours pretty quiet

Not quiet. Not reliable.
First one I got was loud and it quickly stopped working. Figuring I was just unlucky I replaced it with the same also for ease of installation. But it too is loud and seems to be growing louder.Don't bother with this one.

Decent fan for the money.
Mounted outside and can still hear the "Humm" through exterior wall. If it was inside in basement I think it would be somewhat noisy. Decent fan for the money though. Get one with the couplings included (such as this one). Standard couplings dont fit!!

It was a good choice for my DIY project.
I have have no background in radon mitigation, so I can't comment on how this fan compares to fans offered by competitors. I bought a Corentium radon detector from Amazon and it showed the radon levels in my basement averaged about 8 pCi/L. EPA recommends mitigation above 4 pCi/L. I decided on the Suncourt RDK04-3 kit. The instructions were good, even showing the PVC fittings that were needed to construct the mitigation system, all of which were available at my local big box home improvement store. In the two weeks since I completed the installation, the average radon level has dropped from 8 to 1.1 pCi/L.Update August, 2023 - Three-and-a-half years later and the fan is still running well.
