I love this wrap. It stays cold for a very long time, and the compression is just right — snug enough to support and reduce swelling, but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable. I also like that I can walk around while wearing it, which makes it much more convenient than a traditional ice pack that requires lying down. It’s been great for recovery and managing soreness. The wrap feels secure and supportive, and I appreciate that it isn’t bulky or overly restrictive. The mobility benefit really sets this apart from standard cold packs. Pros: • Stays cold for a long time — provides effective cold therapy. • Compression is supportive but comfortable — good for swelling or rehab. • Allows mobility — you can walk around / carry on with light activity while using it. • Convenient to use and more practical than a stationary ice pack. Cons: • none Overall: This ice-wrap is a great pick if you want cold therapy with compression and don’t want to be stuck on the couch. It balances effectiveness and convenience — especially useful post-injury, after workouts, or for joint/muscle soreness. Highly recommend.

After only a few days, the threads are fraying. At first I liked it but clearly this is a low quality product. At that price it should be much sturdier.

I purchased the TheraICE Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for a relative dealing with overheated neuropathic foot pain, and it has been a genuinely helpful tool for comfort and symptom management. What immediately stands out is the all-in-one design. Instead of bulky straps or rigid inserts, this wrap slips on easily and conforms to the ankle, providing full 360° coverage without feeling restrictive. The cold therapy helps calm flare-ups and reduce swelling. As an ankle ice sleeve, it delivers consistent compression and even temperature distribution, which is far more effective than improvised ice packs that shift or melt too quickly. Also, the wrap stores easily in the included protective bag, keeping it clean, compact, and ready for use between treatments. The flexible, form-fitting design makes it comfortable to wear while resting, and it stays in place without constant adjustment. For someone managing neuropathic pain, that ease of use matters. One practical tip: when walking or standing while wearing the wrap, covering it with a slip-resistant sock is recommended to reduce the risk of slipping or further injury.

I really hate to give a bad review, because I order these ice packs all the time for myself and have had no issues and I love them. I bought this as a gift for someone and she only had it a couple days and the seam unraveled. She just had surgery and it was a gift. I could hardly expect her to return it to UPS. I tried to find a way to reach out to the company and was unsuccessful. when I called Amazon they finally agreed to replace it. I personally own 6 of these and have had no issues. The two star review is for this particular purchase. Edit: because the seller reached out and offered a refund and because I have purchased this product many times with no issues I am going to give them 4 stars

I often put in 20K+ steps in any given day...and that's the way I like it. My ankles not so much😂 After a long day on my feet a pair of these are a treat. I usually wear an thin sock or ankle support underneath. The cold really soothes tired and swollen ankles. They also reduced inflammation for all my on your feet all day people
