I had ordered a King size by mistake and it was too thick for me, I returned it and bought this thin pillow which is quite comfortable for me and I am amazed by its quality but it was not sent in a packaging box rather just in a cover which was dissappointing.

Softness is good and also retains the original pain relief.

The comfort is unbelievable 👌

It is a nice pillow as mentioned it does make you comfortable by sinking your head as per once weight, but only issue is that it takes time to get back to its original shape which makes my sleep disturbing and uncomfortable.My sleep is mostly disturbing so i keep changing my sleep position every time so since this pillow takes time to regain its shape it makes my sleep more disturbing. Orelse overall the pillow is very nice and does the job as mentioned.I liked its hight as well its softness,if only it has not taken time to get in its shape i would have definitely kept it but i got to return it as its not ment for me.

Its very soft, total memory foam, your neck embeds in it. Its totally memory foam. Don't expect any firmness if one is looking at a hard or firm option

It's good according to the price. Memory foam works fine. My neck pain went away in 4 days of using it. Colour is white. Although it won't matter, u will put a cover anyways.

The pillow is fine, it’s a little firmer than other thinner gel pillows, but it is as advertised. The smell is chemical and strange. Washed it with baking soda and vinegar a couple of times (the cover) and it faded. But not entirely.

The carton box in which the pillow has arrived smelled just terrible (like someone puked inside of it), so I threw out the box immediately. But whats worst - the plastic bag in which was the pillow itself was insealed, so all the smells of the box went into the pillow so it smelled same. I hope this smell will wear out, but using this pillow right now is very disgusting. But the texture and form itself is comfortable.

It seems like I got large size instead of exta large. I already have a xl size in India. Comparing with that this one is small.

But it came with a strange smell...i hope they put a plastic bag between the pillo and the box in the future

This pillow smells so bad… you can’t even lay on it. And it’s very uncomfortable for stomach and side sleepers it’s too high! Can’t recommend.
