Recently refurbished the basement. It was looking for a nice couch to tie everything together. To research from this online, This couch is amazing for the price. And it can also double as a bad when needed. Extremely easy to assemble and super comfortable. I definitely recommend this anyone looking for a new couch

I was initially hesitant about buying a sofa online because furniture is one of those things you generally want to see and feel in person with friends and family. I was worried about the quality and whether it would meet my expectations.However, when I ordered the HONBAY Sleeper Sectional Sofa Set, I was pleasantly surprised. The material is genuinely of good quality, the sofa is sturdy, and the craftsmanship wise it is at an expert level.Upon delivery, I encountered an issue where one of the sofa cushion did not expand to its original size. This made me anxious about my decision to purchase it online.But HONBAY's customer support was exceptional. They responded quickly and walked me through the steps to resolve the issue in detail, ensuring I felt taken care of. Their prompt and thorough assistance restored my confidence in this online purchase.Now, I find comfort in buying furniture online because HONBAY has proven their quality and excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend this to others!The dimensions of the whole set are perfect for my height (6' 3"), making it ideal for binge-watching and gaming sessions. Additionally, my dog loves the sofa, and it's easy to clean, even with dog hair.

Pretty and good long size to fit the entire family. I love the storage in the ottoman and how we can easily reconfigure it. The fabric is soft and when we spilled a drink it kind of just rolled off and didn’t soak in which was easy to clean. The firmness was good too and it is sturdy for the price. Only thing I didn’t like was there’s hardly back/neck support. It barely even goes to my mid shoulders.

There’s only one complaint I can make about this couch. It’s comes in four large boxes (kinda heavy and I had to get them up two flights of stairs). One of the pieces is metal that allow you to attach the back of the couch to the bottom had poked through the packaging and was bent completely in half. I had to take some vice grips and very slowly bend it back straight. This took some work and time as I am not that strong. Then it was a bit bent still and wasn’t the easiest to put that last bit together. HOWEVER I did manage to get it done! I probably could have called and asked them to send me a new back but I was too impatient for that.Now that it’s together I LOVE IT. It’s so soft! It’s the perfect size, and it is DOG APPROVED! We already had a little spill and were able to clean it up no problem, the cushions have some kind of plastic line inside them to keep liquids from absorbing into them so we just took the cover off and tossed it in the wash. The cushions are on the firmer side if that’s not your cup of tea just be advised.Over all I adore it and so does my husband and dogs! 10/10 would recommend!

So the pillows on the back of the chair even fluffed out are not thick enough but adding pillows is no big deal. But I almost gave it a 3 for that, but the price is competitive. It was super easy to put together. When I thought I had an issue getting in contact with the vendor is impossible. They don't have a phone number just an email address. I didn't care for that. The chair is a bit on the firm side. For the price, and the ease of assembly there is no question. I would buy from this vender again. Don't be scared. BUY (update 2 week into it-- that stupid ottoman needs a latch for when it's in bed mode, and the short rear pillows are a problem, my husband keeps hitting his head on the wall, Lastly I have low confidence in the arm rest...pick a better model... (The longer I own it the more I hate it, it's painful to rest in--do not buy)

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FURNITURE unfortunately when we took off and washed the covers the zippers had freyed themSo disappointed. We washed on gentle and air dried. It would get 5 stars based on co.fort and if the covers washed well. Unfortunately can't buy anything else for a few years. Might have to put a couch cover over it. BUMMER Discoloration in pics is from the camera and lighting.

This couch is pretty much perfect for our RV. The seat depth, length, and width fit our slide perfectly. I wouldn’t want this for a main couch in a house but would definitely use it for a den, basement, kids playroom, multi space, etc. the pictures are right after set up so the cushions need some time to air up and fluff. But it’s been 12 hours since set up and they’re already much improved.Color is great, modern and clean. It seems a little firm but I’m hoping this corrects itself with more wear and use. And I know the cushions aren’t even close to fully fluffed.Easiest set up of a box couch I’ve ever done. I’ve set up probably 6 couches that came in boxes, and this was by FAR the easiest set up.The emoji is to cover up my infant in the last photo.

I ordered this hesitantly because it was from an individual Amazon seller. I liked it so did the order.After unpacking the boxes and laying out cushions, I had one that wouldn't decompress so I contacted the seller. He gave me some instructions on how to get it to decompress and it worked.I assembled and affixed the cushions with velcro that is in place for that purpose. The frame seems sturdy and get no shifts when sitting or standing. The cushions are amazingly comfortable with inner springs and foam. The material is nice and it will be easy to clean and should withstand the test of time.As can be seen in my picture, I have a large dog that has chosen his spot on the couch. We have happiness with our choice.Overall, I have to say that I am satisfied with my purchase and the exceptional service that I received from the seller.
