Border Biscuits Old Fashioned Ginger Crunch (pack of 6)

Best ginger biscuits I've ever tasted.Only criticism is the lackof proper packaging -.a lotwe're crushed -brokenon delivery.

I really like Border Ginger biscuits but if Amazon continues to pack them in a large envelope then the description should contain the word "BROKEN ". Out of three packets so far I have salvaged about one pack of unbroken biscuits. They still taste as good but I didn't buy "BROKEN " biscuits. Sort it out please!

Edit:- Finally figured out how to get in touch with the seller, who, to their credit did respond quickly and have offered a partial refund (the biscuits were opened before the mistake was spotted). So, whilst still not overly impressed, have to accept that mistakes are made, just wish Amazon made it easier to find the contact seller links!These biscuits by the way are the best ginger biscuits we have ever had, just make sure the box does contain what you paid for.... (have upgraded the stars to 4, the biscuits deserve 6, but the mix up has soured our experience)Original review:We buy these from amazon because they are the one border biscuit we can't find in England. This time however we have been sent the oat crumbles, which I can buy in England for about a third of the price here, with no return policy or way of contacting the seller I feel completely conned and cannot recommend anyone risk this purchase.Note to add, we are actually trying again after the quick response from the seller.

Fantastic flavour, great with coffee but now a lot less value for money.

I dislike the fact that none of the shops within a 50mile radius of my area have Border Old Ginger crunch.I have to order online for the best 'gingery ,spicy ' tastetastic experience !! ' I have tried pretty much every Ginger biscuit in the market in the quest to find the most 'gingery '..I defy anyone that can get better than these !!!!

Love the biscuits, brilliant service, but terrible packaging. I ordered these as 'stocking fillers'. along withothers. for our staff. but could not give them to them as every single box had broken biscuits in them. Not just one biscuit either, more than half in some.Whilst I think the biscuits are fantastic I could never take a chance on buying them again....shameThey need to take a look at their packaging methods!!

The ginger biscuits were delicious but when they arrived most of them were broken better packing is definitely required
