Nothing was working on my dry hands so now I use this and then a coat of Vaseline a tube. That somewhat works.

I used to buy glyverin in the small bottles from the pharmacy but I love that I can get a large bottle through Amazon. It's great to put on a washcloth after a shower and rub all over your body to moisterise and there are not extra chemicals etc. Great body moisturizer.

For about a year and a half, I have been fighting some type of a rash on the calfs of my legs and other areas of my body and the dermatologist cannot figure out what it is or what's causing it.I found something online that talked about glycerin and how moisturizing it was for your skin so I figured I would buy a bottle and test it out.I couldn't believe it when I put this on my body and I mixed it 50/50. 50 water / 50 glycerin and I have never had the calves of my legs feel so moist ever. They're amazing and it helped to clear up the rash and soothe the itching.So now when I get out of the shower I dry off and then I put a light coating all over and rub it in really well, but I make sure it dries really good before I put clothes on because it will make you feel like you're constantly wet otherwise, it's that moisturizing.I noticed that when I mixed it with tap water though the first time, it got moldy inside the sprayed bottle.This time I used spring water and I'm hoping for a better outcome. So make sure that when you mix this 50/50 that you don't do a lot of it or you put a little bit straight from the glycerin bottle on moy's hands and you massage it all over your body before you dry off after a shower rather than mixing it in a spray bottle.

I feel a bit of burning sensation on my hands so i never used it on my face. Mostly on my hair and they do feel a bit smother but not a lot of change in the frizziness

This plus a few menthol crystals in cheap after-shaves like Brut and Pinaud makes them much better on post-shave skin. I start with 1 drop per oz to start, and that's usually the sweet spot. With some higher alcohol Aftershaves I go with like 1.3 drops per oz. Too much glycerin of any kind gets sticky, but I've not had that issue with this brand, even when I pushed it in my Old Spice (which is horrible on shaved skin out of the box).
