So I'm updating my review to 5 stars. I bought this sweat tank1 year and 9 months ago. I initially gave it 4 starts, not sure why because for the last 4 months I've been using it pretty frequently. I was 207 when I bought and I'll be honest, I never really worked out much. Fast forward to 4 months ago, it's my workout must. I've had so much progress that it's big on me now. I'm ordering a new one today, in a smaller size. Pluses for me are that I'm tall, so this fits below waist, which I love and I have a large bust and the chest cut out is perfect. The one con is that it can be a little difficult to get on and off but not impossible because it does have some strength.

Definitely makes you sweat and I don’t sweat easy. I’ve already lost 4lbs it’s been just over a week so far definitely recommend getting more then one so you can alternate between washes. It’s very comfortable especially compared to my other waist trainer that is very tight and clips break and bend. This product is slips right on just like a fitting tank top stays in place doesn’t roll up and not noticeable under your clothing. Material is nice quality nicely made so far I have 0 complaints

I wanted to try this tank out to try and loose some water weight. While it wears fairly well, and really does make you sweat, it's not perfect.First of all, I didn't lose any weight. Not the fault of the product, just probably my fault, but i feel like I should mention that.Secondly, you need to hand wash it, which I find annoying in any garment.Third, it rides up as you wear it, like a bad camisole. I had to keep rolling it down throughout the times I wore it.I will say that it fits decently, feels ok when it's on and it's pretty durable. It actually doesn't make you look bulky when you wear it either.I liked the color and the texture. I will continue to wear this, hoping against hope that it's helping me towards reaching my eventual goal of losing weight.

I ordered 2 medium size vests 04/01/18. They arrived on 04/05/18. I read about the smell of the vest on other reviews, but it wasn’t anything a Febreeze couldn’t handle. It was tolerable and totally nonexistent after one wash.I wore one to the gym on 04/06/18. I didn’t have an issue getting into the vest no more than normal. I was immediately impressed with length, back and under arm coverage. It is PERFECT!! It does not roll up and stays perfectly in place throughout my hour plus workout.Another great detail I truly appreciated was the width of the straps. This has always been an issue for me with other products. Usually during a workout I would constantly adjust the straps for comfort with other vests, but with this vest this was not an issue.In short, I would put this vest up against any other brand any day. I own a few other products, but honestly I prefer this less expensive vest over the other pricey vests. Give it try! You won’t be sorry!

Hey readers.I got the large, I am 5’6” & weigh 168 ,Very active person thanks to my job, walk 20K plus steps a day and lift on average 6-10k lbs per day.So I sweat a lot , especially in the dry high climate I live in , summer time is real fun lolAnyways . my c-section mom belly is stubborn as hell since reaching my late 30’s .. lolI came across this thing and thought to give it try, it says you can’t wear for long periods of time, however, I plan to wear while working , so on average 8-10 hours . I might be a twig come fall 😆It comes looking a little huge and funny, it does have a funny scent to it , due to the type of material, I am going to hand wash it soon& hopefully that helps.I fits me just fine. Since it’s new, it takes a little bit to get it on. I found it easiest to remove by pulling the bottom up to my boobs and then gently tugging one of the shoulder straps to get one arm out and then pull up and over my head.If you leave the stomach part down, it sort of suctions itself to you lolFor which will then make it feel like it’s not coming off 😂I feels much like a snug tank top lol just with a more flattering look lol I’ll be wear my work shirt over it , however, I’m sure you could just wear as is, with the same color sports bra if you didn’t want to wear a shirt/ tank over .I’ll update after a week or so of use and let yall know how it goes!Hope this helps someone 🙂

If I could give this product a 10, I would...it doesn't move at all!!!! I am 220 lbs, XXL fits me perfect, it does not bother me in the area of the arms, I can move them while doing my weight training without any discomfort or tightness...it covers down to the end of my torso...it makes me sweat!!! I don't sweat easily during weight training... I am so excited!!! Was afraid it was going to feel tight around the arms that to my surprise is very comfortable!!! As I lose weight i want to continue bying it according to my size, God willing... I did not receive a discount, I am a real buyer!!! It is the best purchase ever, and I am a shopaholic on Amazo...i am just really happy with the purchase.

I love this product so much I purchased two more. I like them better than the sauna suits you have to zip up because the zipper can jam, break or pinch if you're not careful. These slide on like a glove...a little tight around the boobs, but overall a better quality product!!!

It's ok, but it doesn't make you sweat like some of the others.
