It’s easy to digest. The serving size does say three a day but I only took one maybe 30-40 mins before I worked out. It gave me energy while working out and it also helped with my recovery time after a intense workout I noticed I was as sore for as long any longer. I had some loose skin that has began to tighten while using creative and working out. I would say it’s worth the money spent. The taste also wasn’t bad. The texture is a lil chalky but it dissolved quickly so it won’t just sit in your mouth. And I didn’t recognize any after taste. The most I have taken in a day was three but I thought that was a bit excessive. They are bite size and hard to the touch. Keep out of reach of children.

I really like these pills. I wanted to try them to make me have more energy and clear mind. They worked very well. Good value for the money. They dissolved very fast and tasted very good. I will continue to purchase them. I would recommend that you give them a try.

I take 3 of these daily and I have really noticed a difference in how my muscle stiffness has lessened. These are particularly useful for me after a grueling Pilates class, really help with muscle recovery. Tasty too!

I've been using these creatine chewables on and off for a few months, mainly to help boost my appetite and support recovery after short workouts. After about 8 days of consistent use, I definitely noticed an increase in my appetite, which was a big plus for me. They also seem to help with muscle recovery, even after lighter sessions.That said, I haven't been totally consistent with taking them, which I'm sure has affected my overall results. I'm still taking them and plan to stick to a more regular routine to see even better benefits. Flavor and convenience are great and really easy to take compared to powders. I love the creatine monohydrate. It is part of my everyday vitamin routine. I have been taking this for about 6 months. I workout 6 days a week and have four kids. I feel like it really helps. I feel great and my workouts are good. The chewables taste really good too and I’m picky about taste.

I typically don't write reviews but somebody needs to read this before they buy it !~~~I experienced the worst feeling only after taking one pill ( chewable ) instead of three! I had the worst headache, nauseation, feeling off the entire day after only taking one!! My head felt very light as if I just needed to lay down the rest of the day . I only took one instead of three and I literally felt light headed dizzy for 24 hours straight! ...I read the reviews and because it had decent ratings and thought I'd try it. Again, The first time I did it made me feel light-headed and dizzy the entire day. I decided to try it Weeks Later. The second time I thought I tried again and I experience the exact same thing!Do not! I repeat do not take this if you have any sensitivity to anything! Example, heart problems, high blood pressure or any kind of sensitivity this will make you feel like you need to check into the emergency room! Over all i like the way the product works and makes me feel but its also the equivalent to taking a flintstones vitamin as a kid. Its hard to chew and once it breaks down the chalky texture was not my cup of tea, plus the flavor is not the best.
