This is my husband’s review. My leg cramps while sleeping and the muscles compress my knee with osteoarthritis which wakes me up in pain. I started runner’s calf stretches before bed but to get enough stretch that way Id end up hurting my ankle and achilles tendon. This strap won’t hurt my ankle and will stretch different parts of my leg depending on how high I raise my leg. The multiple loops make raising my leg to the perfect height easy. It’d be even better if the strap could stash away so I could wear it to bed (for a middle-of-the-night stretch) and still be mobile if I need to get out of bed.

Great strechn item. I had severe issue after walking or standing for a short period of time due to my very weak Achilles. This caused severe pain in my heals and my calfs. My achilles is not noticeable at all like normal people have. It is so small, that area is dented inward. I am 42yrs old female, 5'2 with size 6.5 women shoe. I don't bend my feet well enough when walkn and standn so I probably caused these issues for myself. But good news is that it doesn't hv to be permanent issues. I am a witness to that. I hope to strengthen my Achilles and to never have this issues again. Pain in feet just limits our lives and is very depressing. (Look at the pic)I did some research on what I could do to help myself and I bought this item to assist in the strechn part. I have stretched with strech bands prior to receiving this item but the strech bands tend to slip a lot for me. Which is very frustrating. But this item there is total control in the stretch of the foot and that is why I really like it. It does the job.I am suppppppper happy to say that I have eliminated the pain I was having for years if not a decade by just strechn my foot with this item. Sooo grateful. I will continue to stretch before bed time and upon waking up daily to make my life easier for once.The quality of this item is good and it comes with a small black storing bag. The various loops on the item is soooo helpful to get tighter controlled streches. Its very easy to strap on. Just two velcro straps. I have a strap that I use to stretch but I thought the ankle wrapping thing would be better. It wasn’t for me. I’m not flexible enough to get it around my heel/ankle area. I’m sticking with my strap. Otherwise it looks well made and was comfortable once it got on.
