Concept is right, but its an interference fit
This seemed like it would meet my needs, but it was an extremely tight fit. After having it installed, I hit a small bump in the road and noticed that my exhaust sounded loud - crawling underneath my car, I saw that there was a hole right where the exhaust hanger was welded.
