was missing a piece but its being sent out, I was able to make the piece anyway as it just the bar that keeps your heels in place....excellent value as you can only be turned upside down by any of the machines!! has really helped my si joint problem...

The nuts and bolts kit was of a poor quality, some don't tighten up fully. Parts were missing. Strap and plastic buckle not strong enough. Parts broken on unpacking.

Took out my back problems in a jiffy.The first time I used this table is when I felt the most comfortable back in so many year, instantly i understood that this is a useful thing to have, have suffered with bad back since 2008 and have spent a huge amount of money on chiropractors since. This table cost as much as 2 sessions of a chiropractor and it works like a miracle.Had a few scratched parts in the packaging and on contacting the seller they promptly sent me replacement parts, thanks for that.Use this everyday for 5 mins now and no more sore back
