Not fitted as yet but seems good. Will be a good help getting in and out the hot tub.

All went well and happy with the product. The nuts for the base Stanton are very tight and can easily cross thread and will not tighten fully. It does need some further stability to ensure safety of non wobble. Overall ok and probably the cheapest safety rail.

Nice and sturdy. As I can’t lift the hot tub to tuck it under at the moment, I am using a parasol base to weigh it down. Mine did come with an ‘end stop’ bit unlike some other reviews?

I’ve recently bought this handrail. It was easy to assemble and slide under our empty hot tub. It allows be to get into the hot tub which I couldn’t do without it (I’ve quite recently had 2 spinal surgery operations). It’s relatively cheap compared to other models and the finish (black anodised) looks really good out of the box, to prevent ‘rusting and corrosion’. Now some negatives: The adjustment bolts are hard to tighten and unscrew. If you don’t take them out almost completely to readjust the height or position they will severely mark the black finish and seriously ruin the appearance of the tube. It happened to me as soon as I took it out of the box and before I even used it! You cannot reposition the rail unless you completely slacken both of these bolts. As mentioned in other reviews the end of the rail rube is open and quite frankly, looks unfinished. I ordered some end caps from Amazon ( had to order a pack of 4 when I only needed one) and each cap costs less than £2.00. All in all I’m pleased with it but the design needs a re-think!
