This is a slow burn kind of tablet that takes awhile to kick into your system, But when it does, I have found that it It overrides the 20 years of smoking which caused COPD (lack of oxygen in the lungs) It also reduced my anxiety levels. There is a sense of peace which is increasing over time. I will continue to take Q10 with Q10 NADH tablets every day until i see maximum results. I am very pleased so far. This was a tough case of trial and error, But i am so glad that i stuck with it. It can only get better. Fantastic!
