Before I bought these, I have to admit, I didn't know how black cutlery would look and whether they would feel like good quality, as there is no way to try before you buy.After receiving them I can definitely recommend you buy.The steak knives are very light, but VERY affective, and have no problem getting through any meat. All the rest of the cutlery is weighty enough to feel like good quality, but not too weighty and the shiny black looks awesome.If you're looking for a good cutlery set, the. Look no further. Looks really good.Had a few which literally tarnished on the 1st wash, which I was surprised about as they’re sold as dishwasher proof.Saying that though, after a little gripe, I was sent some more as a replacement which was a wonderful service.Still suffering some paint loss, but I can’t say I’m no longer bothered.

On first appearance each item feels sturdy and well made. No loose handles on the steak knives and each piece of silverware has weight to it - like you expect from a high end brand or fancy restaurant.I measured them against my old set of cutlery and they match size wise and aren’t too long. I feel uncomfortable when holding excessively long utensils.The silver appearance doesn’t fade or go streaky after washing in both the sink and dishwasher. They clean up just lovely with a dab of fairy liquid and they are brand new again.The only downside I will say is they came in a plain white rectangle box with each different group of utensils bound by a rubber band. They deserve better packaging for the lovely quality of the items.

Excellent quality but it is a Christmas present and it came in a manufactures box instead of a nice box I think I must have ticked the wrong box if you could please send me a presentation box before Christmas I would be very grateful 🎄😁

These are great had them for 3/4 weeks still look good and they are strong dish washer safe aswell still look great.

The cutlery is lovely but the steak knives one of them is damaged and the finish on the handles are not finished very well. It says they are dishwasher safe and the steak knives handles are plastic so not going to risk it but the rest should be ok

Bought to replace an existing set. On opening to be honest I wasn't impressed as they are plain and for some reason I thought that there would be a pattern on them. I toyed with the idea of returning them but was to busy so kept them. After actually using them they are really lovely, the weight of them is just right and the whole set is great and good value for money.Very pleased with them.
