works great, can remotely connect using RealVnC instantly compared to his older slower PC.

I've been working with computers well over 40 years now. I was really skeptical on that this computer because it was renewed but for the price I said what the will see. I was completely blown away on how small it was and the lightning speed that it had. It came with a keyboard and mouse that I wasn't expecting. The condition of the unit was like brand new. I had no problem getting online to set up everything with windows. If they have more of these don't miss the opportunity and pass it up. I'm a busy CEO of a company. I rarely have time to write reviews but this one I had to give thumbs up to and take time out of my busy schedule and give these guys an awesome review.

Worked great for about 10 months and failed spectacularly. Memory errors followed by unrecoverable errors and repeating boot cycles to repair itself. Zero support from company as they only delayed responses and then hid behind their 90-day warranty without even offering any guidance on what may be the issue. Buy at your own risk.

When I received the computer I ordered I spent some time configuring it and making sure it ran as expected. After a bit, the fan started making an irritating noise, more than just a hard working fan, but more like the bearing was worn out. I went through the recommended troubleshooting steps, to no avail. I reached out to the seller who got right back to me letting me know they would check their parts inventory for a spare after the weekend. They reached out first thing Monday morning to say that they didn't have any spares on hand. However, they offered to credit me back for the cost of a replacement fan and provided me a link to one by another Amazon seller and not the cheapest one listed on Amazon. I have ordered the fan, which should arrive in a couple of days. Kudos to the seller for making things right!

Great little PC. Computer was in good condition. Bluetooth was dropping out randomly, they took care of the problem right away. It was exactly as advertised, and honestly the best bang for the buck for 32gb of ram, SSD, and win 11 pro. It's quiet and I've been using it for remote work.

This is a great little computer. I am highly satisfied and impressed with everything about it. This little PC is the fastest one I own - by a considerable margin. What more can I say? This is a fantastic buy if you're looking for performance in a tiny package. What more can I say?

Product did not come with Wireless adapter(e.g., wifi) although the product description says it does have it which is misleading. Other than that, the computer is working well. Great size and sturdiness for the cost.

I bought this computer on the 2nd of June 2025. Just recently I started to use the computer and I had a lot of problems with it. It repeatedly showed me the blue screen when I was using it. I am currently not in the country and therefore I was unable to send it back. I had to take it to a computer store where they told me that the NVMe ( Kingfast brand) was not working properly and it had to be replaced. I had to buy a new hard drive to just use this computer.
