For its purpose, in my limited use so far, this seems to be an excellent product. I have another one of similar size and purpose from another brand (I'll call brand B). They both have multiple convenient pockets giving a variety of storage options. in many cases the pockets are accessed differently. If you are wanting to pack spare clothing, this case is superior. If you pack books or file folders of documents, I think the B is better. They both provide a pocket for a medium size computer, with provides protection. The materials for this one seem to be more robust that that of B, although I have much less experience with this one. Time will tell. Some of the seams of the other one failed after a few years. What is unique about this one is that it has 4 wheels instead of only 2, which allow it to stand upright on the floor when you remove it from your back. Also the wheels are easily removeable if there is an small airplane storage compartment, and also makes the wheels easily replaceable if they succumb to excessive wear over time.

I travel a lot for work, and this rolling backpack is super handy. It’s lightweight, easy to roll, and fits perfectly in overhead bins. I really like that I can switch between rolling it and wearing it as a backpack. For short trips it’s very convenient, and even on longer trips it works great as a carry-on. It holds my laptop, clothes, and other essentials without feeling heavy . The pockets are useful, and the bag feels strong and well-made. I even got admiration from my friend.

I am a disabled senior and helping with the care of my 95 year Dad. I truly loved this backpack with wheels. I love that the wheels turn 360 degree. Life became so much easier with this product. My father is in a nursing home so I spend the days with him. The size of the backpack is perfect. Love the two side pockets for my water bottles. It’s very sturdy, heavy duty zippers. Also love the removable wheels so I can travel with it and take it as a carry on. Can’t say enough good things about this backpack.

This is the backpack I was looking for! It's the perfect size to fit under a plane seat when traveling, and it's also suitable for going to the gym or hiking. The wheels can be stored separately so they are only used when needed, and it is sturdily made. I am very satisfied.

UPDATE: it’s been a year and the wheels are shot! I use it 2 x a week for a total of 30 weeks as a college professor - from car to office - not a lot of steps involved! I chose this brand for the FREE REPLACEMENT wheels they advertise but there’s NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to contact regarding this It’s a great pack but useless without the wheels working. Where can I get the replacement wheels??? . (I see you sell them on Amazon for $10 EACH! I don’t want to spend $40!) where is the replacement service phone number??? Thanks

I live this carry-on /backpack. It's exactly as described. I love that I can remove the wheels when neccesssry. It fits a lot of my things, compact and convenient.

Took longer to ship than what was originally stated. Unsure why. I use it daily for work (I have multiple job) to carry [all the things]. It helps reduce back strain. It has two big cup holders on each side with straps. Worth the wait.

Used daily for just over 3 months now and I'm really pleased with it to date. I previously had a more expensive better known brand and the zips failed and I couldn't get everything in it I needed to. I carry my 17" laptop with charging cable, 14" tablet, boxes of test kits, 7 A4 plastic wallets containing upto 50 plus pages in each wallet. Separate computer hard drive, work phone, pens, notebooks, other charging and HDMI cables, 3 pin pugs, sandwich box, drink container plus much more. It handles everything I use daily with no issues with space to spare. I had concerns about the 4 wheels as I cover lots of ground including some very rough surfaces, but for now its handled everything I have thrown at it with ease. The enclosed straps that turn it into a backpack are very handy for stairs, but can also use the handle or reduce the height of the telescopic handle. The one slight thing I need to be careful of is balance. Because I have lots in there and where the laptop/tablet pouch is located, it sometimes falls on its back due to inbalance. I suspect this is due to laptop weight and how much I have in there, but this maybe just down to what i put where, so when I get chance I'll look at moving some of the stuff into different sections. Currently, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this to anyone as I have found it great to store all my work stuff with space for more if needed.

Après 3 utilisations, la poignée (celle en textile sur le haut du sac, pas celle destinée à le tirer sur ses roulettes) commence déja à s'arracher. Je le charge pourtant maximum à la moitié de sa capacité, et l'utilise majoritaire sur ses roulettes (donc sans le porter par la poignée).

Kleine Kritik, der Rollenschutz könnte besser mit einem Überzieher gelöst werden, der dicke Lappen ist ein bisschen sperrig. Nutzt man aber auch nur wenn’s regnet und Ist kein dealbreaker. Dass man die Rollen abnehmen kann, ist auch etwas überflüssig, weil das im täglichen Gebrauch glaube ich nie stattfindet. Die bleiben einfach dran. Auch die Aufteilung innen würde ich anders machen, wenn ich’s mir aussuchen könnte, aber insgesamt funktioniert er ganz gut, ich werde ihn behalten.

I purchased this case in October this year. I was extremely pleased with it when it arrived, it was just as described and looked well made. Unfortunately only two months on the carry handle has started to come away from the main body of the case. I’m very disappointed. It may be a production fault. I have no way of discussing this with the seller so I hope they read this review and get in touch with me. It’s not a cheap case, I would have expected it to last a lot longer.
