LLC: A Complete Guide To Limited Liability Companies And Setting Up Your Own LLC

I bought this because it was so well-reviewed by readers. It's ok, but it's not really a book. It's more of a booklet. Gives a good high-lever overview, but is extremely short on detail. NO boilerplate examples of the different documents and forms you need to create to do what you have to file to be compliant. I was disappointed in how incomplete it is.

With the 2018 tax laws I am trying to see if it would make sense to trade as a business. This book leads me to believe it would not. I work a day job but make more trading. This book does not cover that situation. It does seem thorough for the average person with a business.
