Didn't Work Right out of the Box
The product wouldn't ship to my address in Nova Scotia so had then rerouted though my daughters in Alberta so waited several months before getting them in NS. My anticipation was high as I couldn't wait to try them out after reading great reading great reviews, for the most part! I was very disappointed when I tried to activate the left earbud as it wouldn't power up at all. After several tutorials on U-Tube I found many others had the same problem with no remedy! These earbuds are high priced and I'm very very disappointed with their performance. There is no troubleshooting or customer service references mentioned on the Jabra Elite site. Trying to find a way to return them for refund but not having much luck! I usually buy Bose as all over the ear sets I have but thought I'd give these a try but never again...looks like I'll have to eat the cost +/-$300...expensive lesson learned...buyer beware!!
