I tried troubleshooting and reaching out to customer support, but the response was slow and unhelpful. It's clear that this product is not built to last.Additionally, the quality of 200ML Ultrasonic U-V Cleaner is subpar. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, I expected better for the price I paid.Overall, I cannot recommend 200ML Ultrasonic U-V Cleaner to anyone. Save your money and invest in a more reliable and durable option. Disappointing experience all around.

I have been using this every single day since I received this product. Just turn it on and it does the work for you. And it cleans both my dentures, and my jewelry. Very versatile and travels well.

Easy to use. Does a nice job.

Was very happy with this item initially. Two weeks ago it stopped working. After multiple attempts and several changes to which electrical outlet was being used to plug in, it magically started working again. Now, it has stopped again. Would love to know if there is a reset button or a fuse that can be changed.

I’ve used this product since January and it worked great. All of a sudden it stopped working. Very dissatisfied, don’t buy this product.

I bought the product with the purpose of cleaning metal plaques. Both my husband and I have used dental plaque for some time and were not happy with the cleaning. The product is very good. I've already used it for daily cleaning of dental plaque, I cleaned my silver bracelets, and everything was very clean. Recommended!

The unit itself worked really well until condensation built up on the lid when you open it and the water drops dripped down into the hinge and into the motor area and then it quits working it takes days to dry out. This is happened over and over again I read reviews and I thought I was going to give up on it I tried blowing it out with air putting it in front of a fan the amount of water that was in it was miniscule and it would still not work if there was even a tad of moisture in there. It's difficult to clean the unit out without accidentally getting a tiny bit of moisture in that hinge area. I got tired of waiting for days to use it. So I'm buying a different unit that doesn't have a hinged lid

Very impressed with how well this cleaned. The only problem was the power supply unit that ships in the package has the US style straight prongs, and there is nothing in the product information that mentions this. I will buy an Australian equivalent, but many electronics ship with wall plug sections that can be swapped out to localise. I could just bend the prongs, but that is pretty unsafe, better to replace the "wall wart" with a 240V AC to 12V 2A DC unit.

I use this daily for My Invisalign, but have noticed it heats up even with 3 min cycle. The five minute cycle gets very warm so too risky to use for Invisalign as they are not meant to be in contact with anything other than cool water. US plug is also a downfall but can take Australian voltage. With limited selection here in Australia, it’s a good find and I will continue to use it daily but would be nice if we had more options catering to Australia.

This seems to work well and I could see my aligners got visibly cleaner after use. However, the water got warm after 5-10mins use and I would be concerned if that would warp my retainers with continued use.
