Sturdy, heavy and beautiful lever
Very easy to install, great weight to it with a lovely, expensive and streamlined look. Definitely recommend purchasing if you're looking to upgrade your bathroom with silver accents.

Highly recommend! Beautiful, functional and sturdy.
Anyone wondering if this will work in a Mansfield flush valve? Yes - it does! I've had trouble with this toilet since I bought the house 2 years ago - chain kept popping off. Did some research and discovered you're not supposed to use a chain - you need an arm long enough to slip through the hole of the loop on the flush valve. And you can't just get any replacement - it needs to be long enough. This did the job. My first time attempting any kind of a fix like this and it was easy (hardest part was putting the nut on - ended up holding it still and using a Phillips head on the screw). I did have to reverse the arm from the picture as it was keeping the float from moving, but it does not hit the ceramic front. It works perfectly. This is a HIGH QUALITY product that will last. The handle is solid and beautiful. The arm is not plastic, it is sturdy metal. I just love to flush it now - the handle goes down gently and the returns slowly. No more tripping up, no more chains to break and no more cheap handles. I was able to do this job in under 15 minutes and I've never worked on plumbing before - new home owner. So proud of myself!!!

Easy to install!
Now, I did have to read the directions on how to get it apart to put it onto the toilet, but it really isn’t actually that hard.It has a ton of adjustments available.. and it doesn’t rattle at all once installed correctly.Excellent product.

Good handle for the price
As much as I liked this handle and enjoyed the easy installation....Mine broke, and I'm a licensed plumber. I bought this specifically for an old toilet that had a very sticky flush mechanism. (I will admit, I should have rebuilt the toilet, but thought maybe a strong handle would get me by...it is in my own home, so at least I could try) Installing the product was just as I figured and actually a little easy than expected. And the item appeared to be very strong, as that is why I selected it, as it had all metal construction. But within a day the handle itself broke. The handle lever appears to be two pieces of chromed pot metal of some sort with one part screwed into another. (You don't do this, it comes this way and had it not broke, I would have thought it was once piece). So it broke. As the say a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Now I will say the handle had to endure some stress for the application I chose, so for me it did not work. But, for a newer toilet without my problem, this is a very nice handle. Very adaptable to any application. I was just hoping for all brass construction. Guess those days are over. (I've been in the plumbing trade over 30 years) But this is probably the best in this price range, and I would actually use it if I was updating a bath room that had a newer toilet. Most other options are quite expensive and I doubt they are built any better. This is a good versatile handle.

DO NOT TIGHTEN HANDLE BEFORE ATTACHING ARM
I love this handle, so far. I will amend my review if I find issues.I already replaced the tank innards. But it came with a flimsy plastic arm, which I expected, when I ordered this to replace it. The flapper that comes with the innards that I purchased is pretty heavy. I think this is why my handle doesn’t stay in the flush position, that other reviewers complain about. I also bought the white handle. Half of the white handle is plastic. I noticed the reviews who complained about handle:arm balance had purchased the metal version, which may be heavier, and adding to the weight discrepancies. If this was to occur, I was prepared to hang a bag of nuts and bolts on the arm with a zip tie. But it hasn’t come to that yet.So I assembled the handle, and thankfully I hadn’t tightened that nut, because the arm assembly has to be attached after the handle is attached. I didn’t have octopus arms to reach around to screw the wing nut into the screw, and my fingers aren’t quite as nimble as they once were. So I had to force the handle down to raise the arm to be able to see and screw the wing nut. When people use the phrase, “This screws!”, this is really what they’re talking about. I hate screws!!! But I regress.Once I managed to screw on the wing nut, I tightened that and the handle with pliers. I know you should hand-tighten toilet fixtures, but I have very little muscle strength. My first flush kept running. I attached the chain in a way that the flapper got caught on the chain’s hook that was attached to the arm. This occurred because the arm is much longer than what was supplied with the innards, and I forgot to test it. So I repositioned the chain closer to the handle and wrapped the extension around the arm and back on the hook. I flushed, the tank filled and stopped. Easy peasy, bumble beesy!I got the white handle and it looks really cute on my commode. It sticks out like a sore thumb, but that’s the design on the tank; nothing I can do. Besides, it’s still cute.I’m looking forward to my next flush. I’m sure the novelty will eventually wear off, and life will return to normal with things breaking down around me; but until it does, I’m enjoying the flush!I do recommend the white handle. And in case you’re wondering, I do not know the people who sold this to me; and I did not accept a reward for my review (but I will accept a PayPal donation 😁).

Good quality
The life arm has a unique attachment to the handle, requires some dexterity to install. Works well and the finish is good.

Good flush with good handle.
Install was pretty easy. Cut rod to fit directly over flush valve. Works great. Handle gives solid feel. WAY better price than factory original, which, by the way, is kind of junkie. I just purchased my second one of these. They look great, work just like you would expect. Much better than the factory originals. Used on two different mgr's toilets.

Very nice - but!
I have bought several of these in the past because the handles low profile doesn't interfere with the toilet seat on our toilets. The only problem with these is the thin actuation lever inside the toilet tank corrodes after 3-4 years and you will buy an entire new handle as there is no part available or way to fix the lever that I can find.

Looks great!
Very happy with this product, install did not take long, very straightforward. Our old one was peeling and looked like garbage, this new one looks great on our toilet and does the job.

Excellent bones, but needs a better bolt. Then you will be set for 20 years.
First, May 2020 ... mine is different from the one pictured.Mine is a round brass rod for the first 6 inches, then becomes the flat section for the chain-hook.Much better design, as I can bend the rod in any direction, letting me bend it to a perfect positionfor a high flapper and better flush.I do like the style of handle, I'm impressed !All internal components are metal. The arm is bendable to suit different styles of flappers. And the handle also has a perfect, built-in internalrange of stroke mechanism, that you will really like !My apologies for being long-winded, but this handle is worth it.BUT ... the way the arm bolts to the handle's pivot inside the tank iswith a brass Philip's screw and wing-nut.I was unable to ever get it tight enough to hold for more than a couple days. And (in our toilet) when loose, the flapper then get held open. (Murphy's law) lolSooo .. I used a stainless nut and bolt .. to fasten the handle to the arm.I also needed to file/grind the handle's internal bottom bolting surface to a flat, (very easy)as the round bolt's-seat was not ideal (impossible) for tightening a nut or bolt,as all nuts/bolts/screws/wing-nuts require two flat surfaces to seat onto properly. So .. if you are a competent handyman, and have a few good tools, this handle would be an excellent choice, as the mechanism has excellent bones.First and easiest .. file or grind a flat onto the back of handle's internal seat/pivot.You will know exactly what I mean when you test-fit it together. And second, you would be wise to use a better stainless nut and bolt. After this two easy mods ... I believe you will have a toilet handlethat will easily last the life of two toilets. So this handle is definitely worth the effort. But if you do not have any tools ... this may not be the handle for you.For referance only, I installed this toilet tank lever on our American Standard Cadet.Happy flushing !
