I have been struggling with painful tennis elbow (tendonitis) caused by martial arts. My arm has been getting worse, with pain at rest and even affecting my grip. This arm band made an immediate difference as soon as I put it on. No pain from gripping and less pain at rest. I don't think I'll be taking it off any time soon! It reduces the pain from movement but doesn't take it away. It's comfortable to wear even though I pulled it pretty tight. I used the picture on the amazon listing and the diagram in the instructions leaflet to see how to position it. My arms are quite small so I worried it might be too big but it is very adjustable and fits well. I am impressed and would definitely recommend.

Both myself and my wife have uses these for tennis elbow. They work very well.

I suffer from golfers elbow on my right arm and tennis elbow on my left. This is a nice compact design and effective to brace the muscle to avoid too much tension on the effected muscle. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 as whilst it works and is a good design, its very pricey.

I personally don't find this very comfortable to wear and find it slides down alot if I have a long sleeve t-shirt on which I wear for work if I tighten it it's too tight on my arm .maybe just not for me or I'm putting it in the wrong place

Really easy to fit and use. Was in huge pain with my arm and with in a couple of days this has made a huge difference in my quality of life and with other treatment has reduced the pain massively

I really liked this band as it fitted well, stayed on no problem and felt like it was doing my Tennis Elbow some relief.That was until I took it off and realised that I had full on blisters where the foam pad insert was, it seems like a full on chemical burn!Not happy about this at all as I feel my arm has been subject to some sort of toxic material or chemical.Bad choice of material for the pad.
