A very nice simple traditional looking watch with a very handy back light .

Whole dial doesn't light up
A nice looking watch. It's easy to make the bracelet smaller by pressing on the links that have a texture on them. My only issue is that when the indigo night light is pressed there's a patch at the bottom that doesn't light up. It doesn't affect reading the time but it should light up the whole dial. A faulty batch maybe?

Gorgeous, retro, delightful
I love this 1940s style ladies watch! I was getting tired of the 38mm large dials, so I chose thus one instead. It's 25mm, small, cute and very feminine. Press the crown and a light illuminated the dial! Fun and so easy to read. Cons: pleather strap which I swapped out immediately. But overall 10/10. I love it.

clear and simple

Looks good - but simply no good as a watch as doesn't keep correct time!
Sadly, this arrived in damaged packaging and the actual watch box was so shabby it made me think it wasn't brand new, at the very least certainly been in storage for a long time? I thought this wouldn't matter but it has become apparent it does not keep accurate time and the date is sometimes correct sometimes not, sometimes it will forward on with the time at others it gets stuck on a date! I would return it but sadly it was from USA through Amazon and to be honest I cannot be bothered with the returns expense and hassle. And no way of contacting the seller to try and sort something else out.

I am 74 years old and have always had a Timex watch on my wrist. I do not understand why more people are not buying this watch. Even though the face of the watch is large, which for me is good, the color of the band and around the face of the watch, makes it so dainty. I absolutely LOVE this watch! There is nothing. I could even come up with to say that would be negative about it. It’s perfect. Beautiful for all ages. From teenagers to senior citizens. You won’t go wrong buying this watch from Amazon! It’s amazing.

A bit of a chore to adjust watch bracelet.

I bought this for my mom who had a watch that even I couldn't read (it was that small). Timex sure does make VERY nice watches for the price. My mom is VERY VERY pleased, and in fact, so am I. What a wonderful watch for elderly people. My 96 year old mom's eyes are dwindling, but with this watch is so clear, my mom couldn't be happier, and the glow light is a must for her at her age. Now she can see what time it is when it's too dark to read a regular watch. GREAT JOB TIMEX! I always will have a place for a timex in my life, simple yet wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone with aging parents or troubles seeing. Edit 2020: My mom is now 98, and still loving the readability of this watch. Had the battery changed only once so far. Again...I highly recommend it.
