Packed in a small box. Easy to carry inside. No damaged parts or chipped paint. Quick and fairly easy assembly. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the parts aren't labeled. Most of them only go one way but the bars for the side rails are specific, so be careful at that point because you can get it wrong if you don't pay attention. We obviously have a VERY SMALL bathroom space to work with and I am thrilled that this fit! It's not super fancy, but for the price it's a good value - fairly sturdy (for towels and TP and whatnot...I wouldn't pull or lean on it in any way) and pretty cute for the little space. I put some leftover flooring on the shelves to cover the wires so things don't fall through or get stuck. My daughter even "adopted" a little plant to put on the top shelf!

This item effortlessly upgraded my bathroom. It was easy to assemble, it fit right above my toilet and offers the extra space we need to stay organized in a family of 5. The holes were properly aligned on mine and it did come out to be very sturdy. Great value for the money.

I have not yet fully utilize the rack, but it compliments my tiny space in the addition, a.k.a. mother-in-law suite, and you do want to make sure that you use the wall supports in my case I don’t drill holes in the walls because they never work and I always miss the stud so I use a super strong Velcro to fix the main part of the upright to the wall, I’ve used this method for bookshelves and every other item that I assemble which requires a secure method to avoid tipping and actually was quite simple to assemble and even if you do something out of order, it’s very easy to undo and put it right back again since there’s no wood nails or screws involved. I am all about simple and effective. There were extra pieces for nearly every connector step as well. Since my space is small, I opted to use the towel racks as designed, but the toilet paper holder inward instead of outward, as it stuck out too far and I did not want to extend towards the shower curtain. I may reverse that later as they’re just drop-in hooks. I also have some great Amazon hooks that I use for my pan rack as a supplement to hanging items, that would work really well on any part of this rack. The top rack bar added is a nice touch. I did have a towel on it, but I wanted to show the towel wrapped up on the side hooks for the picture.

I actually bought this because I was looking for something for in front of my window to put some plants on that would leave the bottom area open when I was preparing to bring in a stray cat. Maybe unconventional, but it works perfectly and is the perfect size. It was easy enough to put together in less than an hour and is pretty sturdy and very stable. It has been several months now and there have been no issues

It fits perfectly in my bathroom and was quick to set up. Very happy with this. Seems very sturdy and stable. All the parts were there. The black color matches nicely with the rest of my bathroom.
