Supplier sent a lovely message thanking me for buying their product and if I had any problems how to contact them. The product itself is great. We have only tried 5 so far but we have loved every one especially on these really hot days. Would definitely buy again.

Good flavours but won't be buying again.
The syrups themselves are lovely, with good flavours and variety (though we weren't too keen on Lemon & Lime). These are perfect for parties or just having fun with the kids and you want to try different flavours. My order was delivered quickly, but unfortunately one bottle was missing. The seller took a while to get back to me about the missing item and said they would send out a replacement. Though they followed up a week later to ask if it arrived, they never replied when I told them it hadn't and to date I still haven't received a replacement or partial refund. Considering how fast the initial order was sent I doubt a replacement was actually sent out and I won't be buying again.
