Needed this for my WFH job. Syncs up with our Cisco program and works much better than the ones that go in your ear. Has a mute option which is nice.

We are using these in a corporate environment. Top things we enjoy are the superior noise cancelling and lightweight comfort. It integrates seamlessly with WebEx meetings and Webex calling. Folds for travel.

Instructions were on QR Code on USB dongle. Really no install needed, Windows 10 did all the work. So far so good, good sound & good operation.

Don’t buy. It comes with ZERO instructions & isn’t the easiest to use. I bought it twice because something kept messing up, & it was just a headache. Cisco Support is no good because ‘We can’t help since you bought it off Amazon.’ 😤 I wanted to love it.
