The app to review the footage was a little tricky if you have a vpn on your phone. Don’t panic though, you just have to disconnect your phones vpn and all other connections like Wifi including your vehicles CarPlay system and the app will connect. Or you can just use the memory card from it and plug it directly in to the computer. Works pretty well otherwise. Very easy installation and it looks really stock, like it belonged there the whole time. No others like it, I’ve looked!

Pros: This came with all the materials listed and all items that were needed to install. The instructions were okay, but I had to refer back to the video here on how to install. It came with a user manual that's really helpful. I love that I didn't have to mess with any complicated wires. It's easy to just plug and connect. I also love that the camera announces command functions, so I know if it's connected or ready to record. On the side of the device, it has red and blue lights to indicate the working functions of the camera. The adhesive to the rear camera is strong. I consider myself a very safe driver, but having this camera gives me the peace of mind in case any accidents were to occur. Cons: The installation took more than 30 minutes because of connectivity issues. I first noticed that my CarPlay repeatedly kept overriding the camera's Wi-Fi, therefore, I couldn't access the live camera view on the app. HERE'S HOW I FIGURED IT OUT: I had to disconnect from CarPlay, then connect to the camera's Wi-Fi. Once on the camera's Wi-Fi, I was able to view live/previous footage. After I installed everything, I connected back to CarPlay. Initially, I was worried that the camera wasn't recording, so yet again, I disconnected from my CarPlay and reconnected to the camera's Wi-Fi. To my surprise, the camera was continuously recording. From my understanding, the camera doesn't need to be connected to the Wi-Fi every time you start the car. You'll only need to connect to the camera's Wi-Fi when you want to retrieve videos/pictures recorded from the memory card, so long as the camera is on, and you're less than 10 feet away. Another con is that I found the rear camera wire to be a bit thick around some areas in my car where I was trying to hide them. Also, the front dash cam doesn't sit as sung to the windshield like my original part. It hangs a bit low. Overall: This is a great alternative to have a camera that's integrated like it's an original part. For the price, this should be an all around 5-star product, but I just can't overlook some of the flaws.

The dash cam was simple to install, looks good, and functions well.

Not great, missing baffle to cover wiring, also the view angle is far from 180- it’s maybe missing 20 degrees on each side so forms a cone in front and rear. App is a little confusing. Don’t see a way to integrate to AirPlay. Pricey for what it is imo. Updating to two stars due to slow and frustrating customer service response

Very easy to install and I love that there aren’t wires everywhere/I don’t have to stick anything to my windshield. Great value buy.

No problem with it I wish I could connect it with direct power but it only records when vehicle is on
