Equally interesting from fast to end
‘Claire’s last secret’ is a well-written story that leaves its mark with surprising twists and turns. Be it good vocabulary and narrative of well fleshed out characters, the book displays a lot of intrigue and potential. It begins with Michael Rossetti, a British tourist and then with Clair . But something happened in the summer of 1816. That moment is hunting Claire still after 56 years. I won’t say much about the plot, except to say there’s something so interesting to read for everyone. This book is the first instalment in ‘A Lord Bryon Mystery’ . And it takes you to the Florence with Claire clairmont . This is just a part of story, there is so much happening in this story. I loved the whole atmosphere surrounding the book, and all the little details the author provided. Overall, it’s a very interesting historical mystery. There is nothing I can dislike about this book. From the fast to end , it was equally interesting and I didn’t felt bored at all. I’d definitely recommend this book.

I enjoyed this historical fiction!
The author did a really great job of describing the locales and period - I felt like I was there. I liked the old woman and her setting and then the flashbacks / memories of her younger days - that was very effective. I really got a feel for the plight of a young single woman and some of the obstacles she faced in that era.An interesting read!
