Simple Mobile Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro Prepaid Carrier Locked - Black

Missed my Samsung phone!!! I have gone to a pay as you go once my Sprint contract was up and have tried a few other brands, but just can't live without a Samsung. The J7 Sky Pro has the storage and speed that I need, and it works where I live, which is another problem I had with other phones.

Cheap price, decent product, service is passable. Enough power it runs most Droid games, battery is reliable and replaceable, not much more you can ask for at sub 100$,resolution is good, had a previous one for a year and half that ate a bucket of water(hence why I bought this one) and between the old one and new one I noticed little to no performance differences save battery holding less charge.Total Wireless isn't greatest service but 15gb data and unlimited call/text for 2 lines at 67$ total price(state/fed/911 fees included) is different to beat in my area.

The one I purchased was for a total wireless contract and not another carrier. Ensure you check to see what carrier the phone is for before you make a purchase. I bought this phone for my 11 year old daughter. It was an upgrade from her previous phone and I love Samsung. For $100 it really exceeded my expectations. It has a large screen, is easy to use, and if you need more memory the GB allowance for a micro SD memory card is quite large. It's like having any Samsung without the excessive price tag attached. The battery life is pretty great and she watches YouTube a lot while at home. The camera is not bad either for the price. She has figured it out pretty easily. If you are looking for something of great quality at a low price this is definitely a phone to get.

The phone is great. It's fast, customizable, has good amount of storage space, FANTASTIC BATTERY LIFE, and great sound. Love the phone BUT CANNOT ACTIVATE IT! TOTAL WIRELESS IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER BASE. I BUY THIS PHONE, AND AM TOLD I CAN'T ACTIVATE IT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE SERVICE IN MY REGION OF THE STATE OF OHIO. SO I'M AT MEIJERS ONE DAY AND NOTICE TRY HAVE TOTAL WIRELESS PHONES AND PRODUCTS. I BUY A SERVICE CARD FROM A LOCAL STORE, AND WHEN I GO TO ACTIVATE IT AN TOLD STILL NO SERVICE IN MY REGION. THEY SELL THESE PHONES AND SERVICE CARDS AT ALL MAJOR RETAILERS HERE AND THE COVERAGE MAP INCLUDES ALL 50 STATES YET THEY DON'T EVEN PROVIDE FOR THE ZIP CODE I KIVE IN? WHICH IS A MAJOR CITY! EVEN THE MOST BASIC VOIP SERVICE ON THE PLAY STORE PROVIDES FOR ALL 50 STATES. AND TOTAL WIRELESS IS PART OF TRACFONE. WTF? THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I ALWAYS USE PREPAID AND NEVER EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM! I EVEN BOUGHT A CHEAP TORAL WIRELESS PHONE AND THEY SAID THE SAME THING. SO THIS SAMSUNG IS NOT A SCAM PHONE, IT'S NEW. SO BUY THE PHONE FOR THE GREAT PRICE BUT CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER. OR DO AS I HAVE DONE AND BASICALLY USE THIS PHONE LIKE A TABLET. SHAME ON YOU TOTAL WIRELESS! REPORTING YOU TO ANAZON,WALMART, MEIJER, TARGET, DOLLAR GENERAL, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION. YOU ARE RIPPING CONSUMERS AND RETAILERS OFF!

I hoped that if I purchased a new one, the issues that I have would go away. I was wrong. the phone itself has the issues. Shame too, I really like it.I have a lot of trouble with static. It sounds like a cb radio is breaking through

I was happy to see this phone for sale on Amazon. I wanted to replace my phone (same exact phone as this one) due to some issues after 4 years of having this phone. If you purchase this UNLOCKED phone, you CAN'T activate it through any carrier. What I learned after countless hours on the phone with Total Wireless is the phone is not scanned properly at check out by a retailer. Therefore making it almost impossible to activate. Total wireless explained to me that the phone could be stolen and without proper retail scan at register, they are unable to activate. Now there are options though the carrier for activation but the hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous and very time consuming. Just not worth the time in my opinion. If you purchase this phone after reading this review, be prepared for a crazy process to activate or to deal with returning it. Live Hoot has no customer service phone number for contact to resolve this issue. DO NOT PURCHASE

This is my 3rd phone I've had because it's easy to use has lots of space for apps and battery life is great. It will break easy if not in a case because it's a refurbished phone. The screen cracks very easily if dropped.I also like it also because it's a great phone for the price. Under $100.00 Something I can afford on my low income budget.

A good phone for the price, works great, easy to use....The service (Total Wireless) has its limits that I didn't have with Verizon.... one, sending video TW limits them to 1200K, so you pretty much are limited to a blurb 20-30 seconds, found to be annoying, so I don't bother any longer.... Otherwise, the phone is awesome 4*, TW service overall 2*, customer service 3-1/2*....

He comprado 2 equipos, pero estos no los he podido desbloquear para poder utilizarlo en Mexico.tengo muchos problemas para contactarme con wireless (La tienda vendedora)espero encontrar pronta solucion.
