Easy to use sharpener. I keep it on my kitchen counter to use instead of an old electric sharpener and steel combo.

You sharpen knives with the right hand and hold the sharpener down on the table or counter with your left hand. Very nice knife sharpener. One sharpening side is coarse for very dull knives to get them prepped for the other side which is the fine setting where you can finish your knife sharpening. This is for knives only. It would be nice for them to add another model that includes scissor sharpening. Very durable and portable. Low profile so you can even throw it in a drawer to store. I keep mine on the counter. It is a very nice looking sharpener. I would buy this again or for a gift.

Doesn’t sharpen as well as I had hoped. It could be operator error too.

bought 1 for ourselves - had tried/used many different types of sharpeners over the years. This 1 works very well. Stable, easy to use & safe in handling - that's a big deal. Liked so much that we just purchased 4 more as family gifts for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Price is very reasonable. There are lots of similar products & I looked @ them - but - I don't think you can go wrong w/this one. Good buy.

I tried it on a utility knife that I have always used to peel potatoes with only as it was so dull that I didn't have to worry about cutting my fingers. After sharpening, I actually cut through a large (five pound+) solid head of cabbage.

Easy to use. I used it on several knives and it worked good to restore sharp blades, especially on my steak knives. I recommend this product, great for quick restoration of blades.
